Shadeith Nightscar lived in Ambrador, a small village hidden away in the forests of Feralas. He lived with his parents and his two sisters, Nadillii and Visionora.
He liked being outdoors, so he started training to be a druid with Archdruid Riverwind.
One day, when Shadeith was on his way home from training, he noticed that Ambrador was under attack by the Burning Legion. Shadeith and his sisters were the only survivors. Everyone else—their parents included—were killed in the attack. Ambrador was destroyed.
Filled with rage and hatred for the demons, Shadeith and Nadillii traveled to Outland to seek out Illidan Stormrage. They had one mission—to destroy the demons and avenge those they have lost. Visionora was too young, so she was brought to Darnassus.
When they got to Outland, Shadeith and Nadillii were instantly attacked by Legion soldiers. They were outnumbered. But, thankfully, Illidan and his demon hunters were in the area. They saved the two young night elves. Illidan agreed to train Shadeith and Nadillii.
Shadeith, while being younger than most of the recruits, turned out to be a skilled demon hunter. His inner demon was an infernal–similar to the demon that had killed his mother. He was very loyal to Illidan. He befriended Bandenar Sunbreeze, a young blood elf recruit. Bandenar, having also lost his home and family, shared Shadeith and Nadillii’s pain. The three of them were trained by Zariielle Lightseeker, an older demon hunter.
When the demon hunters were sent to Marduum, Shadeith began to develop leadership skills, keeping his allies on track and coming up with plans to retrieve the Sargerite Keystone.
They got the keystone and returned to the Black Temple, only to find that Illidan had been killed. Shadeith took Illidan’s warglaives, and tried to avenge his master. It didn’t end well.
The demon hunters were imprisoned in the Vault of the Wardens, never to be free.
Until now.
